These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies.
Differences vs. the current website Privacy Policy: March 2026
Scope is narrowed to “Website Services” only (no advisory-services coverage).
-
The current PDF defines “Services” to include “the provision of our services,” which makes it read like it governs advisory services too.
-
The revision deletes that concept and adds an explicit carve-out: website policy = website data; advisory-client NPI = Client Privacy Notice (Reg S-P/GLBA), consistent with your Client Privacy Notice sharing posture.
Offline/contact-center language is removed so it’s truly website-specific.
-
Current PDF includes “offline via our dedicated Call Center” and tracks contacts via “U.S. Post… phone… in person.”
-
Revision limits this to website forms + related electronic communications (email/SMS initiated through the site).
Children/minors section is corrected to remove investment-account beneficiary references.
-
Current PDF references “beneficiary information on investment accounts,” which is advisory/client relationship content and belongs in the Client Privacy Notice.
-
Revision makes the section purely about the website (not directed to children; delete if collected).
“Sensitive Personal Information re.” sentence is fixed/clarified.
-
Current PDF contains an incomplete/unclear phrase (“Sensitive Personal Information re.”).
-
Revision replaces it with a clean, state-law-aligned description (sensitive PI under applicable state privacy laws; consent where required).
Targeted advertising stays, but the opt-out section is corrected.
-
Current PDF references “targeted advertising… defined in the guidelines by U.S. Treasury Department” and has a formatting artifact.
-
Revision keeps targeted ads (cookies/ad networks; interest-based advertising is still described in the policy) but rewrites opt-out to track applicable state privacy laws and typical mechanisms (browser controls, footer webform, optional GPC language).
