Chase brings a deep operational and leadership background to EdgeRock, shaped by a career that began in frontline client service and evolved into senior leadership roles at large, complex financial institutions including Charles Schwab and Morgan Stanley. Early in his career, working directly with clients gave him a clear understanding of what exceptional service looks like—and how quickly trust can erode when systems or processes break down. As his responsibilities grew, Chase led large, cross-functional teams with a focus on accountability, consistency, and building high-performing service cultures.

At EdgeRock, Chase applies that experience to designing clear, efficient, and mistake-resistant workflows that connect advisors, client service, operations, and compliance. His work centers on thoughtful process design, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement—helping the firm scale intentionally while delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Chase approaches leadership with a service-first philosophy. He’s deeply committed to developing people and believes strongly in growing talent from within—helping team members build the skills, confidence, and perspective needed to become future leaders of the firm. A phrase you’ll often hear him use is finding the “why behind the why,” a mindset that drives stronger engagement, better decisions, and more durable solutions. His leadership style blends clarity and accountability with a relentless focus on efficiency, creating systems that reduce friction and allow people to do their best work.

Much of Chase’s approach to leadership was shaped by his mother, who modeled compassion, resilience, and the importance of doing what’s right—even when it’s difficult. Her work ethic and determination continue to influence how he shows up for his team. He’s also grateful for the mentors and leaders throughout his career who challenged him to think critically, ask better questions, and look beyond surface-level answers.

Outside of work, Chase values time that helps him slow down and recharge—often at home with family, catching up on a great TV series. He enjoys hiking whenever he can and finds travel especially fulfilling, with recent trips to Japan, Egypt, and Peru standing out as particularly meaningful. An avid reader, he often alternates between fantasy and science fiction for escape and philosophy for reflection.

Chase moved to Colorado by way of Phoenix, and it quickly became home. He loves the balance the state offers—easy access to the mountains, changing seasons, and a lifestyle that blends adventure with everyday livability. While he’s spent years exploring much of Colorado west of Denver, he’s always looking forward to discovering new mountain towns, lesser-known trails, and parts of the state still waiting to be explored.
