Ramona Arrington brings a rare combination of operational discipline and genuine warmth to a role that quietly keeps the firm running. Her path here was anything but conventional. Ramona began her career running a personal coaching practice before pivoting into financial services at Fidelity Investments. From there she moved into an operations and support role at Edward Jones, where she immersed herself in the day-to-day mechanics of an investment firm—office management, document processing, account opening, and financial administration. That grounding gave her the fluency and precision required to support high-net-worth clients, and it shaped the way she thinks about service today: Get the details right, every time, so that clients and advisors never have to wonder.
Ramona holds herself to a high standard. She wants to be the best at everything she does, and to do it with a smile. Colleagues know her for a positive disposition that holds steady in any circumstance and for a gift for connecting with people in ways that make them feel genuinely seen and valued. It’s a quality that makes her not only an effective operator but a steadying presence for the team around her.
At the center of Ramona’s life is her daughter, Nalani. Becoming a mother shaped her into who she is today, and much of the progress she makes—professionally and personally—is motivated by setting a healthy, positive example and building a life Nalani can be proud of. Away from work, Ramona is happiest when she’s being creative and making memories with her daughter. She spends her free time making music, reading, shopping, and finding new ways to explore.
Ramona moved to Colorado eleven years ago to pursue opportunities in her massage therapy career, and she’s made the state her home ever since. She’s still eager to see more of it—the hot springs and the Great Sand Dunes are high on her list, along with adventures like Meow Wolf, the aquarium, and its mermaid breakfast.
